Nusr - Et Steakhouse
Owned by one of the world’s most well-known chefs, Nusret Gökçe Erzurum, opened its London Restaurant in September 2021. Nestled in the heart of Knightsbridge it is his only restaurant in the UK and given the high profile nature and highly sensitive discharge point the filtration system needed to be on point.
Purified Air supplied two ESP 3000, two ESP 4500 and three ESP 6000 with a double pass installation to deal with the high volume of smoke alongside five UVO 1000 units and carbon filters to tackle the odours produced from the cooking process.
